At BetterBills, we're committed to providing excellent value for your investment. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to be clear about our refund policy to help you make informed decisions.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services offered by Thinkvection Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Free Plan
No Charges Apply: Our free plan is completely free of charge. There are no fees to cancel or discontinue use of the free plan at any time.
You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time through your account settings.
2. Paid Plans
Payment Terms
- • Payment is required before activation of paid features
- • All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
- • You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt
- • Subscription begins immediately upon payment confirmation
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- • Request made within 7 days of initial payment
- • No significant usage of premium features during the refund period
- • Account has not been used to generate more than 10 invoices or business records
- • No violation of our Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable Period
After 7 days from the date of payment, all subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes:
- • Monthly subscription fees
- • Annual subscription fees
- • Any additional feature purchases
Transaction Charges
Please note that transaction fees, processing charges, and taxes (including GST) are non-refundable as these are charges imposed by third-party payment processors and government authorities.
3. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
- • Log into your BetterBills account
- • Navigate to Account Settings
- • Select "Subscription" or "Billing"
- • Choose "Cancel Subscription"
- • Confirm your cancellation
Access After Cancellation
- • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- • You retain full access to all features during this time
- • No automatic renewal will occur after your current period ends
- • You can still access your data for 30 days after cancellation
Important Notes
- • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time
- • Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund
- • Changing your billing cycle (monthly to annual) is not refundable
- • Account suspension due to policy violations does not qualify for refunds
4. Exceptions
Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases where we believe the refund policy is being abused, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests from the same user or business
- Accounts created solely to test premium features
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion. This includes technical issues, service outages, or other extenuating circumstances beyond your control.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:
- Contact Us: Email support@betterbills.in with your account details and reason for refund
- Provide Information: Include your account email, subscription plan, and payment date
- Review Process: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Decision: We will notify you of our decision via email
- Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

- • Date of payment
- • Subscription plan details
- • Transaction ID or receipt number
- • Brief explanation for the refund request
